When we say Connoisseur we aim to prove it by hand selecting our judges based solely on reputation
Our teams will be led by people with true knowledge of the plant. Juding will be done in a 100% blind format. Entries will be labeled anonymously and provided to judges a month before the event. This allows them to perform their judging without being rushed to do so.
